THE SCEAMING MARY CLUB
The Screaming Mary Club is a regular social for women and non-binary folk. We are a diverse group spanning ages 18 - 75 from a variety of backgrounds. At regular meet ups we are joined by performers, crew and producers who work within the worlds of cabaret, performance and events. We explore cabaret through sessions in burlesque, drag, dance, lip-syncing, performance poetry, clowning, pole-dancing, theatre design, event organising and more. The Screaming Mary Club is a place where confidence is built, friendships are forged, silliness is encouraged and community bonds are strengthened.

Screaming Alley are setting the bar for what community inclusion blended with world class cabaret looks like, both on and off stage. Our mission is to ensure fair pay for artists, technicians, teachers, and trainees, while also striving to keep ticket prices as affordable as possible. We firmly believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to getting involved.
Our marvellous tightrope act is made possible by; project grants from the likes of Arts Council England and Ramsgate Town Council, the invaluable support of dedicated local volunteers, and the growing community of wonderful human-beings who choose to become Screaming Alley members.

SCREAMING ALLEY OPEN MIC NIGHTS
Our Open Mics are big old love-ins full of friendly, supportive and appreciative people. Expect comedy, music, dance, magic, performance-art, poetry, drag and absolutely everything in between. This night is for you to see new material, get on stage, discover local talent and party with a welcoming crowd at a friendly pub in Ramsgate.
